SN-3020 Forward Vision Tester

This device is designed in accordance with the testing requirements and measurement methods for forward vision as specified in standards GB 11555-2009, ECE R46, and GB 11562-2014.
It uses a high-definition wide-angle CCD to detect images within the forward vision range. Based on the testing requirements, it captures the laser-marked positions of each moving angle point,
connects them to define areas A, B, and S on a plane, and simultaneously calculates the area of obstructing objects within the marked regions!

Configuration Parameters:

1. CCD: 11 million pixels, wide-angle lens, providing clearer imaging

2. Laser marking points: Laser emitter, high-definition wide-angle CCD

3. 3-axis movement (up-down, left-right, lift)

4. Three-axis motion host, equipped with a dedicated motion control card, positioning accuracy up to 0.01mm, ensuring precise positioning

ASUS H310-E motherboard, 27" display, Windows 10 64-bit software, exceeding and meeting testing requirements

8. Positioning dimensions (positive XYZ direction from R point): V1: 665mm; V2: 589mm; A: 68mm; B: 5mm; Pm point,
V1/V2 points are laser emission point data!

9. Area measurement: Automatic calculation of selected area, including A, B, and S regions

10. Laser follows marking points, camera area image observation, vertical area marking automatically
calculates areas A, B, S, or binocular obstruction angles.

11. Quick one-key switching between V1/V2 points, e.g., rapid positioning at 1/3/5/7/13/17/20°

12. Automatic origin positioning: (XYZ axis) Click to automatically return to zero position

13. Manual point selection at marking points to generate marker characters
